Ringu Tulku Rinpoche will speak on “The Power of Gratitude to Heal” at Temple Emanu-El’s Chardonnay Shabbat service on Friday, Nov. 25 at 5:45 p.m. Following the service, Rinpoche will continue the discussion with Rabbis Samuel M. Cohon and Batsheva Appel and guests at a Shabbat dinner.
The evening begins with a Shabbat pre-oneg reception of wine, cheese, and fruit at 5 p.m. The pre-oneg and Shabbat service are free and open to all. The event is jointly sponsored by Bodhicharya Arizona and Temple Emanu-El.
The suggested donation for the dinner is $36 for adults and $12 for students, with $25 of the proceeds going to Rigul Clinic in Tibet.
