Confusion Arises as Wisdom, KTD, New York, Oct 24-26, 2014

Length: 7 hr; Format: Audio; Recording Quality: Excellent.

Rinpoche taught at Karma Triyana Dharmachakra in Woodstock, NY, the North American seat of HH Gyalwang Karmapa Trinley Dorje, on Oct. 24-26, 2014, from his text, “Confusion Arises as Wisdom: Gampopa’s Heart Advice on the Path of Mahamudra”:

‘According to the Mahamudra view, confusion arises as wisdom when we are able to perceive the emptiness of all phenomenon. This teaching is based on “Gampopa’s Great Teachings to The Assembly,” a 12th century text with clear, precise instructions on realizing the true nature of reality. Ringu Tulku Rinpoche has given this teaching around the world, inspired by His Holiness the 16th Karmapa’s request for a translation.’

Part II of this teaching was given at KTD in 2015 – see the post.
